1) The interst association of legal entities PIDA - Paper Industry Dealers Association (herinafter referred to as the "Association") was established in accordance with the provisions of Section 20f et seq. of Act No. 40/1964 Coll., Civil Code, as amended. The Association was established by concluding the founder's agreement (memorandum of association) by its founders.

2) Name of the Association shall be: PIDA - Paper Industry Dealers Association

3) Seat of the Association shall be: Václavské náměsti 56, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic
